A day in which there is world peace.

Do you think success is determined by forces beyond your own control?
Yes, to some extend. Society in general also influences a great deal.

What would you like to be able to do in the future, that you are not able today?
To work. Earn money.

When buying a new product, does it matter to you, if it is made in a sustainable way?
No.

What does religion mean to you
We hear a lot about religion but forget to understand what is essential to a religion is the belief in God.

An vacation day on the beach with my wife and family.

Do you think success is determined by forces beyond your own control?
Yes, a part of it is outside forces. But succes is largely in our own control.

What would you like to be able to do in the future, that you are not able today?
Having an institution to support me in my field of work.

When buying a new product, does it matter to you, if it is made in a sustainable way?
Yes, I prefer sustainable products. It also creates more jobs. If it’s the same price I buy sustainable.

What triggers your motivation and how?
My profession. The will to graduate.

My name is Jônatas Ribeiro de Paula, and I study International Relations at USP in São Paulo. I was born in São Bernardo do Campo. My interests are politics, photography, and languages. In my time off from university I work for a NGO.

Describe a perfect day
To wake up at my friends place, spending the morning chatting, having lunch outside, go to an exhibition, then go out at night without attending or giving classes.

Do you think success is determined by forces beyond your own control?
Yes, specially in Brazil. Success is determined by the family you are born into, and by the skill-set. But there is also a great space for individual achievement.

What would you like to be able to do in the future, that you are not able today?
Being able to work without worrying about my financial situation. I dream of working for an NGO, or even the government. To travel.

When buying a new product, does it matter to you, if it is made in a sustainable way?
I do care, but the price is crucial. If possible, I prefer the sustainable option.

What triggers your motivation and how?
I always have plans for the future. My life is made up by projects that are usually short term.

I study medicine at Anhembi Morumbi, São Paulo, and I'm doing voluntary work at a daycare. I like music, nightlife, and food. In the future, I would like to live somewhere else, but I don't know where. My dream is to graduate and to be able to exercise my profession successfully.
